Welcome to Black Library Reviews!

Sure, it’s true. I don’t need another project and the world doesn’t really need another hobby blog. But I read quite a lot of fiction published by Black Library and it really means a lot to me, so here we are. Another project and another hobby blog.

I’m Tim, I host Crew Shaken, a Warhammer 40K gaming podcast and run Entropy Projects, a gaming miniature commission painting studio. I’m also a freelance Creative Director and write original music for commercials and television shows. I like to keep busy and Black Library Reviews is yet another project that will help keep me out of trouble (or perhaps more accurately; keep out of the grip of the chaos gods, things being as they are).

I’ve read and taken notes on about a hundred Black Library books and short stories and I’ll be using this site as a platform to talk about them and maybe get some discussion going about what our friends from Nottingham and beyond are creating for us to enjoy.
